INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF AIR TICKETING ON FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR TWO YEARS
REF No: NA/OT/021/2024-2025
1. The National Assembly invites sealed tenders for the Provision of air ticketing on framework
agreement.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method and is open to all qualified and
interested Tenderers. Tenders will be awarded on basis of Framework Agreement. Tenders will be
awarded on basis of Framework Agreement and the number of suppliers/contractors shall not be less than
seven alternative vendors.
3. The evaluation criteria is provided under section iii (qualification and criteria) and the estimate of the
total volume of the procurement expected during the period of framework agreement is one thousand
three hundred tickets.
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours at the address given below during normal working hours on Monday to Friday between
0800hrs to 1700hrs (East Africa Time).
5. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically free of charge from www.parliament.
go.ke or the PPIP portal, www.tenders.go.ke.
6. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
procurementna@parliament.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum/addenda.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by an Original tender security (Bid bond) of Kenya Shillings Fifty
Thousand Only (Kshs 50,000); in form of a Bank guarantee from a bank licensed and operating in
Kenya or an Insurance Company approved by Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) and listed by
Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), valid for (154 days) shall be submitted by
prospective bidders. This shall be in the format provided in the tender document.
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 20th May, 2025 at 11.00 am
(East Africa Time). Electronic Tenders WILL NOT be permitted.

and deposited in the Tender Box provided at 13th Floor, Protection House at the Junction of Haile
Selassie Avenue and Parliament Road Nairobi.
10. Tenders that do not fit in the tender box shall be deposited at the 13th Floor, Protection House,
Procurement Office and recorded using the register located at the Procurement Office reception at the
address located in clause 8 above.
11. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above. Tenders will be
publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at
the address below.
