INVITATION TO TENDER
The Ministry of Tourism and Wildlife, State Department for Wildlife invites sealed bids from interested bidders for the following:

- The State Department for Wildlife invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for Framework Agreement for the provision of air ticketing services for a period of three (3) years on as and when required
- The Framework agreement for Provision of Air ticketing Services will be renewable annually based on performance
3 The framework agreement will be given to a minimum of seven (7) firms that will meet the requirements tabulated in the tender document.
- The Framework Agreements will be contracted based on section 114 of the Public Procurement and Disposal Act 2015 and regulations 106 of Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Regulations of
- Interested eligible bidders (proof of registration required) may download a complete set of documents from State Department for Wildlife website tourism.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke and register for notifications for the tender in the www.tenders.go.ke. All clarifications shall be posted on the tender portal.
- Completed tender documents should be submitted accompanied by a tender security issued by a reputa- ble Commercial Bank or an approved Insurance Company by Public Regulatory Authority in the amount of 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Shillings). The tender security shall be valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the tender opening date. Failure to provide bid security in the right format, right source, correct value and validity period shall lead to disqualification of the bidder.
- Prices quoted must be net inclusive of VAT and all Government taxes, must be in Kenya shillings and must
remain valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the closing date of the tender.
- Duly completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with tender reference number and description and bearing no indication of the identity of the bidder should be addressed to The Principal Secretary, State Department for Wildlife, P. O. Box 41394 – 00100, and be deposited into the tender box at the State Department for Wildlife, NSSF Building, Block-A, Eastern Wing, 15th Floor, on or before 11:00 m. 6th September, 2022.

- The Government reserves the right to reject any tender and may annul the tendering process and reject all tenders at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected tenderer(s).
