INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF AIR TRAVEL AND TICKETING SERVICES FOR NATIONAL
AUTHORITY FOR THE CAMPAIGN AGAINST ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSE
(FRAMEWORK CONTRACT)
TENDER NO. NAC/OT/03/ 2022– 2023
The Department of National Authority for the Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug
Abuse (NACADA) invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for the provision of Air
Travel Ticketing Services for one year renewable for two years.

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and must be in Kenya Shillings and
should remain valid for 120 days after date of tender opening.
Each copy of the tender shall be paginated serially, prior to submission.
The Tenderer must provide a self-declaration that the firm is not debarred from
participating in Public Procurement and also provide a self-declaration that the firm will
not engage in any corrupt practice
The Tender document must be accompanied by a duly filled and signed Tender
Securing Declaration Form attached.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked
‘TENDER NO. NACADA/T/F/03/2022-2023 for PROVISION OF AIR TRAVEL AND
TICKETING SERVICES’ and be deposited in the tender box provided at NSSF
Building, Block A, 18th floor Eastern wing, Bishop Road or to be addressed to The
Chief Executive Officer, NACADA, P.O. Box 10774-00100, Nairobi so as to be
received on or before Monday, 26
th September at 11.30 am.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderer
representatives who choose to attend the opening at the NACADA Board Room.
The department reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and may annul the
tendering process and reject all tenders at any time prior to contract award without
thereby incurring any liability to the affected tenderer or tenderers.
