- On behalf of the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) as represented by British High Commission – Nairobi, I am requesting a quote from you for the PROVISION OF ARTWORK AND SIGNAGE AT BRITISH HIGH COMMISSION-NAIROBI
- Further details on the requirement are set out in the Statement of Requirements.
- Please include in your reply to a nominated point of contact with telephone, e-mail, and postal address details.
- Your quote should remain valid for [90] days from the required date of receipt and all costs should be inclusive of all costs except VAT.
- Your quote must be received on or before 28th July 2025 at 1600 hours (Kenyan time). NB: Please provide a detailed quotation – outlining the total cost as requested in this document.
- The Technical bid and Commercial/financial offer should to be submitted as separate Documents via email to Nairobiprocurement@fcdo.gov.uk and Nairobiquotations@fcdo.gov.uk only.
Please use the contract ref NBO/TWG/02/2025 in the email subject header.
- Should you wish to provide an alternative solution that meets our requirements, you are free to do so; however, you must also submit the attached standard proposals as well.
- Should your quote be accepted, this request, the statement of requirements and your response will form the basis of a contract between you and the FCDO under the terms and conditions.
- This Request for quote does not constitute in any way any commitment on the part of the FCDO.
- The FCDO will not be liable for any expenses you incur as part of this process. We look forward to receiving your proposal.
