PROVISION OF ASBESTOS SURVEY FOR DEMOLITIONS AND REFURBISHMENT WORKS AT THE BRITISH HIGH COMMISSION-NAIROBI AT THE BRITISH HIGH COMMISSION-NAIROBI.

1. On behalf of the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) as represented by British High Commission – Nairobi, I am requesting a quote from you for the PROVISION OF ASBESTOS SURVEY FOR DEMOLITIONS AND REFURBISHMENT WORKS AT THE BRITISH HIGH COMMISSION-NAIROBI
2. Further details on the requirement are set out in the attached Statement of Requirements.
3. Please include in your reply to a nominated point of contact with telephone, e-mail and postal address details.
4. Your quote should remain valid for [90] days from the required date of receipt and all costs should be of inclusive all costs.
5. Your quote must be received on or before 28 August 2025 at 1600 hours (Kenyan time). If you will have, any problems meeting this deadline but wish to submit a proposal, please inform the Authority via the email address below as soon as possible. Last minute request of an extension may be deemed as inappropriate.
6. There will be a site visit on 19 August 2025 at 10.00.a.m at BHC Gitanga Office-Gitanga. Names and ID number of those attending site survey should be sent to nairobiprocurement@fcdo.gov.uk  on or before 15 August 2025 by 10.00 a.m.

NB: Please provide a detailed quotation – outlining the total cost as requested in this document.
