INVITATION TO TENDER
Provision of Cleaning and Gardening Services for Commercial and Residential Properties.
TENDER NUMBER: NSSF/ONT/CS/02/2025/26
1. The National Social Security Fund (NSSF) invites sealed tenders for the Provision of Cleaning
and Gardening Services for National Social Security Fund (NSSF) Commercial and
Residential Properties as detailed in the tender document.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all eligible and competent interested AGPO (Youth, Women
and PWDs) registered groups. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one CATEGORY
only.
3. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the website www.nssf.or.ke or
http://supplier.treasury.go.ke free of charge. Interested bidders who download the
documents should send their particulars immediately through email:
procurement@nssfkenya.co.ke for registration purposes before the tender closing date to
facilitate any further clarification or addendum. Further, all prospective bidders are advised to
visit the website regularly to check any updates or addenda that may be issued.
4. All Tenders must be accompanied by a duly filled and signed Tender Securing Declaration
Form.
5. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
6. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 20th February, 2026
at 11:00 A.M. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
7. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
