1. The KENYA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION LIMITED invites sealed tenders for the PROVISION
OF CLEANING, SANITARY DISPOSAL, FUMIGATION AND GARBAGE COLLECTION
SERVICES AT UCHUMI, FINANCE AND UTALLII HOUSES, NAIROBI
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method [OPEN TENDER] using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately with the
National Treasury under the ACCESS TO GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT OPPORTUNITIES
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours [08:00 HRS TO 17:00 HRS] at the address given below.

5. Interested eligible candidates may obtain the tender documents at the Supply Chain Office located at
Uchumi House, Aga Khan Walk, 17th Floor during normal working hours upon payment of a nonrefundable tender fee of Ksh. 1,000.00 per set or downloaded free of charge from our Website
www.kdc.go.ke or the Public Procurement Information Portal at https://tenders.go.ke/. All the candidates
who download the tender document must register with the Supply Chain Office by sending an email to:
procurement@kdc.go.ke. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
(KDC). Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
(Supplychain@kdc.go.ke ) to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender-Securing Declaration
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 30th June 2025 at 10:00 am
