- The State Department for Basic Education invites sealed tenders for the provision of cleaning
services for a period two years. - Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. Tender is RE
SERVED FOR AGPO, WOMEN CATEGORY - Qualified and interested tenderers are requested to view and download the tender document
from the website (https://egpkenya.go.ke). - All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender-Securing Declaration.
- Completed tenders must be submitted electronically (https://egpkenya.go.ke).
- Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified in the eGP
system or any date and time specified later. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend as provided in the eGP system. - Interested tenderers are requested to obtain further information on areas to be cleaned from
Ministry of Education website: www.education.go.ke - The Tender document No: SDBE/810/0074/2025-26. will be uploaded in eGP system on
Wednesday 18th February, 2026.
