PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICES AT NACOSTI PLAZA.

1. The NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION invites sealed tenders for PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES, FOR 2 YEARS, AT NACOSTI PLAZA.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.  obtain the tender document electronically from the Website (www.egpkenya.go.ke)
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may view and download the tender documents for free from the website (www.egpkenya.go.ke ).
4. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kshs. 60,000 bid security in the form of UNCONDITIONAL BANK GUARANTEE ISSUED BY BANKS REGULATED BY THE CENTRAL BANK OF KENYA OF KSHS. 60,000 (KENYA SHILLINGS SIXTY THOUSAND ONLY) VALID FOR 30 DAYS BEYOND THE TENDER VALIDITY PERIOD. THE BID SECURITY SHOULD BE IN THE FORMAT AS PROVIDED IN THE TENDER DOCUMENT.
5. Completed tenders must be submitted on or before 17th December 2025 at 11.00 am. Only Electronic Tenders will  be permitted.
