Provision of Cleaning Services – KISII UNIVERSITY

KISII UNIVERSITY TENDER 2021 

KISII UNIVERSITY invites sealed applications from eligible candidates from the Disadvantaged groups (WOMEN, YOUTH, PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES OR MARGINALIZED GROUP) to provide Cleaning Services.

 Interested eligible candidates may download tender documents free of charge from Kisii University website: www.kisiiuniversity.ac.ke or Kenya Government tenders portal www.supplier.treasury.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke

There will be a mandatory pre-tender meeting on Tuesday, 2nd March 2021 at 10.00 A.M, main Campus Conference Room.

Duly filled tender documents in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with tender number, tender description and bearing no indication of the applicant, clearly / marking each “ORIGINAL TENDER” and “COPY OF TENDER, “should be deposited in the Tender Box at the Administration Block, Kisii University or be addressed and posted to:

So as to reach the University on or before Tuesday 16^th March, 2021 at 11.30 AM.

Tender documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the University Conference Room, in the presence of the candidates or their representatives who may choose to attend.

Successful and unsuccessful bidders will be informed of the results through Kenya Postal Services or Courier Services or email addresses (ensure to provide active contact address).

Bidders must serialize each page of their bid document, failure to which shall lead to disqualification.
