MINISTRY OF EDUCATION TENDER AUGUST 2021 

TENDER NOTICE 
  1. The Ministry of Education State Department of Early Learning and Basic Education invites sealed tenders for the Provision of cleaning services at Jogoo House ‘B’, CDE’s Office- Nyayo House, Directorate of School Audit Services- National Bank Building, Adult Education -Kenya Reinsurance Building and National ICT Inno­vation, Integration Centre (Ni3c), Kenya Science Campus, Smasse Building – Ngong Road (Opp. Nakumatt Junction), Uchumi House, Tel Posta Plaza and Utalii House.
  2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National Competitive Bidding using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to firms prequalified under Access to Government Procurement Opportunities (Youth, Women and persons living with disability).
  3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours from 0900 to1600 hours at the address given below. More details on the Services are provided in PART 2 – Services’ Requirements, Section V – Description of Services of the Tender Document.
  4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.education.go.ke Tenderers who download the tender document must register their particulars immediately at Jogoo House ‘B’ building ground floor room No.9 and to access any clarifications or addendum issued.
  5. All Tenders must be accompanied by Tender-Securing Declaration.
  6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
  7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 3rd September 2021 at 11.00 am
  8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
  9. Late tenders will be rejected.
