STATE DEPARTMENT FOR PUBLIC WORKS

The State Department for Public Works, Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure, Housing, Urban Development and Public Works invites sealed bids from interested eligible candidates for the provision of the following.

A Complete set of detailed Tender documents may be obtained from the procurement office RM 915 Works Building 9th floor, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of KSh 1,000 /= ( Kenya Shilling One Thousand Only) per set payable to the cahier located at Works Building Ground floor during official Working Hours and can be downloaded on Treasury Portal www.tenders.go.ke

Prices quoted must be net, Inclusive of all taxes & duties and must remain valid for 120days from the closing date of the tender.

Tender bids in plain sealed envelopes bearing the Tender No. on the top right hand corner but with no indication of the Tenderer’s name should be posted to

Or be placed in the Tender Box situated on the 5th floor Works Building so as to reach him on or before 22nd February,2022 at 12.30 p.m.

Submitted bids will thereafter be opened publicly in the presence of candidate’s representatives who choose to attend in the board room located in the 9th floor Works Building. Late bids will be returned un opened.

The Government reserves the right to reject any tender without giving reasons for its decision and does not bind itself to the lowest or any tender.
