PROVISION OF COMPREHENSIVE CLEANING SERVICES IN CO-OPERATIVE HOUSE BUILDING AND HAZINA TRADE CENTRE, NAIROBI AS SPECIFIED FOR THE OFFICES OF THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF EAST AFRICAN COMMUNITY

EAST AFRICAN COMMUNITY TENDER DECEMBER 2025 

1. The State Department for East African Community (SDEAC) invites sealed tenders from interested eligible candidate for the provision of provision of cleaning services a two-year framework contract for the offices of the State Department located on 12th, 13th, 14th, 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th floor in Co-operative House Building, along Haile Selassie Avenue, Nairobi and on 4th, 6th and 7th Floor in Hazina Trade Centre along Monrovia Street, Nairobi. The contract will be subject to annual Satisfactory Performance review and strict adherence to the labour laws including the gazetted minimum wage

3. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and must be in Kenya Shillings and should remain valid for 150 days after date of tender opening. Tender Security shall remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening.
4. Tenderers are invited to undertake a Mandatory Site Visit on Thursday 4th December 2025 at 10.00am (a briefing and registration of attendance Meeting on 12th Floor Boardroom at 11.00am before a guided site visit) to verify details and scope of services.
5. Completed tenders must be submitted on or before 9th December 2025. Electronically in the egp portal Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified late.
6. Late tenders will be rejected.
