PROVISION OF DEBT COLLECTION SERVICES – NOCK

NATIONAL OIL CORPORATION OF KENYA TENDER MARCH 2026  

INVITATION TO TENDER 

1. National Oil Corporation of Kenya (National Oil) invites sealed tenders for PROVISION OF DEBT
   COLLECTION SERVICES UNDER FRMAEWORK AGREEMENT for a period of three (3) years.
2. Tendering will be conducted using open competitive tendering method and is open to all qualified and
   interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may also obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
   during office hours at Procurement Department National Oil Corporation – Kawi Complex Block
   D, South C, Nairobi, Kenya. Email: tenders@nockenya.co.ke during normal working hours on
   Monday to Friday between 0800hrs to 1700hrs (East Africa Time).
4. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) www.nationaloil.co.ke or
   www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge. Tenderers who
   download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to tenders@nockenya.co.ke
   to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 7th April 2026 at 1000hrs (East
   Africa Time) and deposited in the Tender Box provided at National Oil Corporation – Kawi Complex
   Block D, South C, Popo Lane, Off Red Cross Road, P.O Box 58567 – 00200, Nairobi, Kenya.
   Electronic Tenders WILL NOT be permitted.
6. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date
   and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
   representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
7. Tenderers shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Late tenders will be rejected.
