INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF EVENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES. (HIRE OF DOME TENT WITH CHAIRS, STAGE, PANEL TV SCREENS, MOBILE TOILETS,
INTERIOR DECO ETC)

3. The JARAMOGI OGINGA ODINGA UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY invites
sealed tenders for the provision of event management services, Hire of Dome Tent with Chairs, Stage, panelTV Screens, Mobile Toilets, Interior Deco etc
4. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (Restricted Tender) using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
5. Tendering is open to all ELIGIBLE TENDERERS
6. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more lots.
7. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours 0900 to 1600 hours at the address given below.
8. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website (www.jooust.ac.ke. Or
PPRA portal www.tenders.go.ke). Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
9. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (www.jooust.ac.ke.
Or PPRA portal www.tenders.go.ke). Tenderers who download the tender document must forward
their particulars immediately to (proc@jooust.ke) to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
10. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kshs.50,000.00 from an approved commercial bank
or insurance companies approved by IRA.
11. The Tenderer shall chronologically Serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
12. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 6th March, 2024
13. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter, at the JOOUST Main Campus Bondo Tender Box
situated on the Ground Floor Entrance at the Administration block and proceed to the Assembly Hall.
Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who
choose to attend at the address below Note the Following:
a) Only one representative shall be allowed per bidder into the Assembly.
b) All tenderer’s must serialize and paginate their tender documents and provide a
table of content that is clear to allow the tender opening committee to identify
crucial document.
14. Late tenders will be rejected.
