INVITATION TO TENDER
Provision of Examination Printing Services
KAS/ITT/EPS/12/2025/2026
1. KASNEB invites sealed tenders for the provision of services, i.e. Provision of Examination Printing Services.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Tendering is restricted to ELIGIBLE Firms Including Small and Medium Enterprises
registered appropriately with The National treasury.
4. Interested registered suppliers may obtain further information from and inspect the tender
documents at the offices of KASNEB situated in KASNEB Towers, Hospital Road, Upper Hill,
and NAIROBI during normal working hours between 8.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. every day from
Monday to Friday.
5. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon
payment of a non-refundable fees of Shilling one thousand (Ksh.1,000) only in cash payable
to the address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website
www.KASNEB.or.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.

6. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
(www.kasneb.or.ke). Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their
particulars immediately to (procuretwo@kasneb.or.ke) to facilitate any further clarification or
addendum.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security declaration for Special Group firms
or Tender Security of Fifty Thousand (Sh.50,000) only where applicable in the form of a
bank guarantee or a bank draft issued by a reputable bank must be enclosed in a plain sealed
envelope marked only with the tender number and tender name and addressed to:

8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Friday, 20
February 2026 at 11.00 a.m. Electronic Tenders will be permitted.
- All interested bidders shall require to submit the bid proposals through the
e-Government Procurement (e-GP) System, and also submit hard copies. - Late tenders will be rejected.
- Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
