PROVISION OF FACILITY/PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR KASNEB TOWERS I AND II
KASNEB invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for: Provision of Facility/Property
Management Services for Kasneb Towers I and II
Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the tender
documents during office working hours 9:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m, Monday to Friday from the
date of advertisement at the address given below:

1. This is a National tender conducted under open competitive method (Tendering is open
to all qualified and interested Tenderers) using the attached standardizedtender document.
2. A complete set of tender documents may be viewed and downloaded free of charge
from the KASNEB website www.kasneb.or.ke, and PPIP (Public Procurement
Information Portal) www.tenders.go.ke
3. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
facilitate any further clarification or addendum to: Email: procuretwo@kasneb.or.ke
4. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security or a Tender Securing
Declaration for AGPO firms.
5. Tenders shall be deposited in the Tender Box placed next to Supply Chain
Management Office at KASNEB Towers on or before the closing date and time on
Thursday, 19 March 2026 at 11:00 a.m.
6. The tenders will be opened immediately after the closing date and time on Thursday,
19 March 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at KASNEB Towers I Conference Room. You are
invited to witness the opening.
7. A Site Visit SHALL be undertaken at 10:00 a.m. Friday, 13 March 2026.
8. Tenderers are encouraged to register in the electronic Government Procurement
(eGP) Portal.
9. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all applicable costs, taxes
and Levies including the 0.03% Capacity Building Levy.
10. Late submissions will not be accepted.
11. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender security of Sh.240,000 or TenderSecuring Declaration as appropriate.
12. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Thursday, 19 March 2026 at 11.00 a.m.
13. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above
or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
presence of the tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend the
tender opening at the address below.
14. Late tenders will be rejected.
