INVITATION TO TENDER

TENDER NO: KTB/T/0022/2024 – 2025
The Kenya Tourism Board (KTB) is a state corporation mandated to market Kenya as
a premier tourist destination globally. In line with KTB’s five-year Strategic Plan
(2023–2028) and the target to increase international arrivals to 5.5 million by 2027,
KTB seeks to execute a high-impact Global Marketing Campaign (targeting local,
regional and international audiences) to grow Magical Kenya brand awareness by
positioning Kenya as a diverse, sustainable, authentic, and all-year-round destination.
Kenya’s tourism sector is presented with an opportunity to enhance its global visibility
and competitiveness by addressing emerging perception challenges and positioning
itself more strongly in both international and domestic markets.
To address this, the Kenya Tourism Board (KTB) is launching a bold and targeted
campaign to position Kenya as Africa’s premier travel destination. The campaign will
spotlight the country’s breathtaking landscapes, rich cultural heritage, abundant
wildlife, modern cities, and the unmatched warmth of its people.
Through this initiative, KTB aims to elevate Kenya’s global profile, attract more
international visitors, and stimulate increased domestic tourism. To bring this vision
to life, KTB is seeking an experienced and creative production house capable of
conceptualizing and delivering world-class audio-visual content, engaging social media
narratives, and high-impact digital campaigns. The selected firm will be instrumental
in shaping content tailored for global, Pan-African, and domestic markets, capturing
the true spirit of Magical Kenya.
