COUNTY ASSEMBLY OF SIAYA TENDER MAY 2025
INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF GENERAL INSURANCE SERVICES FOR BUILDINGS, MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT AT THE COUNTY
ASSEMBLY HEADQUARTERS AND WARD OFFICES.
The County Assembly of Siaya invites sealed tenders for the provision
of Insurance Services for Provision of General Insurance Services
for Buildings, Machinery and Equipment at the County Assembly
Headquarters and Ward Offices.
1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method using a standardized
tender document and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. Tenderers will be
allowed to tender for one or more items.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours, 9.00am to 4.00pm at the address given below. Tender
documents may be viewed and/or downloaded from the website
www.siayaassembly.go.ke and from the government tenders portal, tenders.go.ke
3. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders free
of charge from the website.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.siayaassembly.go.ke and from the government tenders portal, tenders.go.ke .Tenderers
who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to clerk
@siayaassembly.go.ke or send by mail to P.O BOX 7-40600 SIAYA. to facilitate any further
clarification or addendum.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of KSH 50,000 in the form of a bank
guarantee
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before WEDNESDAY 7TH MAY 2025 AT NOON
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
