PROVISION OF GROUP LIFE ASSURANCE COVER FOR THE YEAR 2022-2023
KENYA WATER TOWERS AGENCY invites sealed tenders for the provision of Insurance Services for the PROVISION OF GROUP LIFE ASSURANCE COVER FOR THE YEAR 2022-2023
• Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method using a standardized tender document and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
• Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours [insert office hours if applicable i.e .0900 to 1700 hours] at the address given below. Tender documents may be viewed and/or downloaded for free from the website
www.aca.go.ke or PPIP Portal free of charge or at no cost. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately toprocurement@watertowers.go.ke “procurement@watertowers.go.ke” or The Ag. Manager – Supply Chain Management office on Third Floor, NHIF Building during normal working hours. to facilitate any clarification or addendum.
• A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a non- refundable fees of KES (Amount in Kenya shillings) in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
• Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (insert website). Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@watertowers.go.keH procurement@watertowers.go.ke” or The Ag. Manager – Supply Chain Management office on Third Floor, NHIF Building during normal working hours. to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
• All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kes 150,000
• The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.(in format;1,2,3,4,———to the last page) and indicate total number of pages in the cover page.
• Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 20th June, 2022 Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
• Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
• Late tenders will be rejected.
