Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya Shillings and should remain valid for 120 days
after date of tender opening.
Complete tender documents must be submitted through the IFMIS Supplier Portal (www.suppliers.treasury.go.ke) and
EGP tender portal: www.egpkenya.go.ke. as per the requirements contained in the document so as to be received on
or before 09th October, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.
Tender opening will be carried out immediately through the IFMIS and EGP system on 09
th October, 2025 at 11:00 am
at the County Assembly of Nyamira Former CDF Hall located behind Nyamira Stage, in the presence of tenderers or
their representatives who wish to attend.
