INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF HOTEL SERVICES ACROSS THE COUNTRY ON “AS AND WHEN REQUIRED”- BASIS (FRAMEWORK CONTRACT)
TENDER NO.KISM/TEN/01/2026
1. The Kenya Institute of Supplies Management invites sealed tenders for the
provision of services, i.e., Provision of accommodation and conference services on “As and
When Required”- basis.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a
standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and
interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and
inspect the Tender Documents during office hours between 9.00am to
3.00Pm at the address given below. More information may be obtained from
Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP)
(https://www.tenders.go.ke) and /or Kenya Institute of Supplies
Management (KISM) website; www.kism.or.ke under “Tenders” portal
respectively.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by
interested tenders upon payment of a non-refundable fees of KShs.1,000.00.
Payment should be made to the Cashier at the Accounts Department at Kenya
Institute of Supplies Management in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the
address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the
Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from
(https://www.tenders.go.ke) and /or Kenya Institute of Supplies
Management (KISM) website; www.kism.or.ke under “Tenders” portal
respectively. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their
particulars immediately to email; procurement@kism.or.ke to facilitate any
further clarification or addendum.
6. Bid security is not a requirement for this tender.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents
submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered in plain sealed envelopes clearly
marked on top with the Tender Reference and Description should be
deposited in the Tender Box at 12th Floor of the Kenya Institute of Supplies
Management – KISM Towers or be addressed to:

so as to be received on or before 9th December, 2025 at or before 10.00Am Electronic
Tenders WILL NOT be permitted.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or
any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the KISM
Conference Room- KISM Towers, 12th Floor.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
