PROVISION OF INSURANCE SERVICES
TENDER NO: BAC/TC/20/2022-2023
Bukura Agricultural College (BAC) is an ISO 9001:2008 Certified State Corporation under the
Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation, established by The Bukura Agricultural Act, 1999 to provide
Agricultural Training through integration of research and extension.
The College hereby invites sealed tenders from eligible and competent insurance firms to provide for
fully enhance medical cover, WIBA, GPA, Fire and Special Perils and Motor Vehicles for F/Y
2022/2023 for the period ending 30th June 2023.
Tender documents may be obtained from Supply Chain Management Office, located on the
Ground floor of the Administration Block at the College, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
KShs.1000/= per set of tender documents at the accounts office or downloaded from
http://www.tenders.go.ke or www.bukuracollege.ac.ke free of charge.
Prices quoted must be inclusive of all taxes, delivered at BAC and must remain firm for One Hundred
and Twenty (120) days from the closing date of this tender notice. Completed tender documents in
plain, sealed envelope(s) clearly marked with the respective ―Tender Number …..‖ and bearing no
indication of the tenderer(s) name should be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the entrance to
Administrative Block or sent by post to:

So as to reach him not later than Tuesday, 7th June 2022 at 10.00am and to be opened immediately
thereafter, in the Principal’s Boardroom, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who
