PROVISION OF INSURANCE SERVICES
Action Against Hunger (ACF] has been operational in the arid and semi-arid lands of Kenya for more than 15 years implementing health and nutrition, water, sanitation, and hygiene, food security, and livelihoods programs in West Pokot, Isiolo, and Mandera Counties. ACF, seeks to invite interested underwriters [only] to submit applications for the provision of insurance services

Action Against Hunger invites tenders from UNDERWRITERS for the said services. Tender documents for the above tender with detailed specifications can be obtained through emailing tenders@actionagainsthunger.org on or before 06th January 2023 at 12.00Noon. The deadline for submission of bids will be on or before 13th January 2023 at 04.00PM.
Mandatory requirements:
- Proof of Company Registration in Kenya.
- A copy of the audited financial statements for last two years (balance sheet and income statement].
- Insurance policy (legal liability at a minimum].
- Valid AKI and IRA certification
- Company profile
- Tax Compliance Certificate /PIN Certificate
- The details of the names, address and contact telephone of three (3] clients for whom the same type of services were provided in various and disperse geographic locations.
The proposals from bidders shall be submitted in two distinct parts, namely technical proposal and financial proposal and these should be in two separate folders, both of which should then be submitted to ACF through the email: tenders@actionagainsthunger.org not later than 13th January 2023 at 04.00PM. ACF shall not permit submission after the said date and time.
