INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF INSURANCE SERVICES FOR BUILDINGS, PLANTS AND MACHINERY, COMPUTER & ACCESSORIES, FURNITURE & FITTINGS EQUIPMENT. 

National Industrial Training Authority invites sealed tenders from eligible insurance service providers for the
Provision of insurance services for buildings, plants and machinery, computer & accessories, furniture &
fittings equipment for a period of one year renewable for another period of one year subject to performance
satisfactory.
1. Tendering will be open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 8.00 A.M.-5.00 P.M. at the address given below. More details on
the Services are provided in PART 2 – Services’ Requirements, Section V – Description of
Services of the Tender Document.
3. Tender documents shall be obtained electronically free of charge from the
Website(s)www.nita.go.ke and PPIP Portal www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the
tender documents must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@nita.go.ke to
facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
4. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Kshs. 200,000.00 from a
reputable bank or PPRA accredited insurance companies and strictly in the format provided.
5. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
6. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10.00 a.m. on 18th
December 2023.
7. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or
any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
8. Late tenders will be rejected.
