TENDER NOTICE
Trócaire Global Support Office in Nairobi invites eligible and reputable INSURANCE UNDERWRITERS
to submit bids for the provision of Insurance Services for FY 2026–2029, as outlined below:
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Interested INSURANCE UNDERWRITERS must meet the following criteria:
Be legally registered in Kenya with all valid statutory documents, including:
– Business Registration/Certificate of Incorporation
– Valid Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) license.
– Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC)
– Relevant statutory approvals where applicable.
Demonstrated experience providing insurance services to INGOs, UN agencies, or government
institutions.
Submission of audited or certified financial statements for the last three (3) years.
Completed and signed Trócaire Supplier Registration Form.
Proven technical capacity, qualified professional staff, and nationwide service coverage
(added advantage).

Where the email attachments exceed the allowable email size, bidders are requested to upload
their documents to secure online platforms such as Google Drive, WeTransfer, or similar services,
