INVITATION TO TENDER
Provision of Insurance Services for the Financial Year 24/25 – 25/26 (Open to Registered Insurance Brokerage Firms Registered and
Operating in Kenya) as indicated below;

| Lot 3 | Provision of WIBA/Group Personal Accident Cover |
| Lot 4 | Provision of General Insurance Cover for REREC – Offices, Stores, Energy centre & motor vehicle |
| Lot 5 | Provision of General Insurance Cover – Garissa Solar Plant |
| Lot 6 | Provision of General Insurance Cover Solar installation facilities in primary schools |
| Lot 7 | Provision of General Insurance Cover For Genset Power Stations |
| Lot 8 | Provision of General Insurance Cover For Minigrids |
3. Tendering will be conducted under National open competitive method using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
4. Qualified interested tenderers may obtain further information during office 8.00am-12.45pm to 1.45pm-4.00pm
Monday to Friday at the address given below.
5. A complete set of tender documents may be viewed and downloaded by interested tenderers free of charge
electronically from the Website www.rerec.co.ke under tender documents or through the e-procurement portal

6. Tenderers who are not yet registered with REREC must register their companies in order to participate in

7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security as indicated in the tender document.
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender document submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 11/04/2024 at 10.00am.
10. Only Electronic Tenders will be permitted.
