CONTRACT NAME AND DESCRIPTION: PROVISION OF INTERNET CONNECTIVITY SERVICES
1. The Kenya Film Commission invites sealed tenders for the provision of internet connectivity services for a period of two (2) years. Initially for one (1) year renewable for the second year subject to satisfactory performance 2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours Monday to Friday between 0900 to 1700 hours (East Africa Time) at the address given below. More details on the Services are provided in PART 2 – Services’ Requirements, Section V – Description of Services of the Tender Document.

4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a non-refundable fees of Ksh. 1,000 in cash at the Commission offices located on the 2nd Floor Jumuia Place II along Lenana Road Kilimani. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from Commission website, www.kenyafilmcommission.go.ke or the PPIP portal, www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the Commission website, www.kenyafilmcommission.go.ke or the PPIP portal, www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@filmingkenya.com to facilitate any further clarification or addendum. 6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a [insert “tender Security” of Kshs. 50,000/= (Fifty thousand)
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before MONDAY 11TH APRIL, 2022 AT 1200HOURS (EAST AFRICAN TIME). Electronic Tenders WILL NOT be permitted.

9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the Commission Boardroom.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
