PROVISION OF INTERNET CONNECTIVITY SERVICES FOR NDMA OFFICES 2023 – NDMA

NATIONAL DROUGHT MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY TENDER APRIL 2023 

OPEN TENDER NOTICE 

The National Drought Management Authority (NDMA) is a public body established by the National
Drought Management Authority (NDMA) Act, 2016. The Act gives the NDMA the mandate to exercise
overall coordination over all matters relating to drought risk management and to establish mechanisms,
either on its own or with stakeholders, that will end drought emergencies in Kenya.
The National Drought Management Authority now invites applications for tenders from interested and
eligible service providers for the below tender:

Interested eligible firms may inspect, view and download the tender document free of charge from the
National Drought Management Authority Website www.ndma.go.ke and the Public Procurement Information
Portal www.tenders.go.ke
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in in plain sealed envelopes and clearly marked
“TENDER NUMBER and TENDER NAME” should be addressed to:
Chief Executive Officer
National Drought Management Authority
Lonrho House, Standard Street, 8th Floor
P.O. Box 53547 – 00200, NAIROBI
and deposited in the tender box situated at the NDMA Reception, Lonrho House, Standard Street
8th Floor so as to be received on or before Tuesday, 18th April, 2023 at 10:30am.
Tender Documents will be opened immediately thereafter in the Boardroom on 17th Floor, Lonrho
House, Standard Street, Nairobi in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose to
attend. Covid-19 prevention protocols will be applied.
