PROVISION OF LEGAL SERVICES UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT – CGK 2022

COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF KERICHO TENDER FEBRUARY 2022 

1.1  COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF KERICHO invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for the Framework Agreement for provision of legal services for a period of two (2) years

1.2  Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents at the Procurement Office of COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF KERICHO P.O. Box 112-20200 Kericho located at County Headquarters, Opposite Sinendet Towers during normal working hours.

1.3  A complete set of tender documents may be viewed and downloaded / obtained by interested tenderers for free from the website www.kericho.go.ke Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately t0 supplychain@kericho.go.ke  t0 facilitate any further clarification or addendum if need be.

1.4  Completed tender documents in hard copies are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference and be deposited in the Tender Box Marked “Tender Box” at the County Offices in Kericho opposite Sinendet Towers or be addressed to: The Chief Officer, Public Service Management. P.O Box 112-20200 Kericho so as to be received on or before 4^th  March, 2022 at 10:00 am EAT

1.5  This framework agreement document is for registering firms for use through mini competition/ call off as and when need be.

1.6  Late Tenders, incomplete Tenders, Tenders not received, Tenders not opened at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.

1.7  Prices will be as per The Advocates Remuneration Order, 2014

1.8  Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter the deadline in the presence of the tenderers representatives who choose to attend at the County Conference hall.
