PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR ACCESS CONTROL EQUIPMENT FOR THE BRITISH HIGH COMMISSION – GITANGA ESTATE
- On behalf of the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) as represented by British High Commission – Nairobi, I am requesting a quote from you for the PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR ACCESS CONTROL EQUIPMENT FOR THE BRITISH HIGH COMMISSION -GITANGA ESTATE.
- Further details on the requirement are set out in the Annex 1,and 2.
- Please include in your reply a nominated point of contact with telephone, e-mail and postal address details.
- Your quote should remain valid for [90] days from the required date of receipt and all costs should be inclusive of all costs except for VAT.
- Your quote must be received on or before 20th March 2024 at 1600 Hours (Kenyan Time) if you will have, any problems meeting this deadline but wish to submit a proposal, please inform the Authority via the email address below as soon as possible. Last minute request of an extension may be deemed as inappropriate.
NB: Please provide a detailed quotation – outlining the total cost as requested in this document.
- Bidders will be expected to attend a site survey at the Gitanga Estate premises on March 6 from 0900 – 1400hrs (Kenya Time) to gather more details about the requirement. Bidders should submit name and ID numbers of technicians who will attend the site survey including the vehicle registration. These details should be submitted by March 5 by 1000hrs (Kenya Time) to Nairobiprocurement@fcdo.gov.uk
- The Technical bid and Commercial/financial offer should to be submitted as separate documents via email to Nairobiprocurement@fcdo.gov.uk and Nairobiquotations@fcdo.gov.uk ONLY.
