INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER No: NaMATA/OT/MCFS&BM/011/2024-2025
PROVISION OF MEDICAL COVER FOR STAFF AND BOARD MEMBERS
1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National)
2. Qualified and interested may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours between 0800hrs-0400hrs at the address given below.
3. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenderers at tender’s
address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website
www.namata.go.ke. & www.tenders.go.ke
4. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain
valid for 120 days from the date of opening of tenders.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Kenya Shillings One Million (Kshs.
1,000,000.00) from a reputable Bank in Kenya valid for 30 days beyond the Tender Validity period
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents
submitted. Tender Document must be tape bound and not Spiral bound. Spiral bound
documents shall be automatically disqualified.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 12th June, 2025,
at 1100hrs. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or
any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence
of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. The procuring entity may terminate the procurement proceedings at any time without
entering a contract.
10.Late tenders will be rejected.
