The President’s Award – Kenya invites applications from interested and eligible bidders/tenderers to bid for

Interested candidates may obtain a complete set of tender documents and detailed specifications from the
organizations website: www.presidentsaward.or.ke and PPIP Portal: tender.go.ke free of any charges or
from the Supply Chain Management Office, The President’s Award – Kenya on 15 Elgon Road, Upper
hill, during normal working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000 per set of tender
documents in cash or banker’s cheque payable to The President’s Award – Kenya.
Bidders who download the Tender Document must register their interest immediately by sending an email
to procurement@presidentsaward.or.ke stating their names, email, postal & telephone address and tender
details in order to facilitate subsequent clarifications and/or addendum.
Completed tender documents (accompanied by a Tender Security in the amount and form specified in the
tender document) enclosed in a plain sealed envelope, marked with the tender number and name should
be deposited in the Tender Box at The President’s Award – Kenya on 15 Elgon Road, Upper hill – Nairobi
