EQUALIZATION FUND ADVISORY BOARD TENDER MAY 2022 

TENDER NOTICE 

The Equalization Fund Advisory Board invites sealed tender documents from eligible interested bidders for the following tenders:

Interested eligible candidates may obtain tender documents from Equalization Fund Advisory Board, Nation- al Bank Building, Harambee Avenue, 8th floor, Supply Chain Management Office during normal working hours (9.00 am to 4.00 pm, Monday-Friday, with exemption of public holidays) upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ksh 1,000.00 payable in cash or Bankers cheque to the Chief Executive Officer, Equalization Fund Advisory Board or download the document free of charge from the website: www.treasury.go.ke, or http:supplier.treasury.go.ke and www.tenders.go.ke. In case the documents are downloaded, bidders must inform the Equalization Fund Advisory Board, Supply Chain Management Services immediately for recording purpose.

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya Shillings and should remain valid for 120 days.

Complete tender documents (Original and a copy) enclosed in plain sealed outer envelope clearly marked with tender name and tender number should be deposited in the Tender Box located at reception area of Equalization Fund Advisory Board, National Bank Building, 8th floor and be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Equaliza- tion Fund Advisory Board, P. O. Box 30007-00100 Nairobi, Kenya, so as to be received on or before Thursday 2nd June 2020 at 10.30 a.m. East African time 

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the Equalization Fund Advisory Board Boardroom, National Bank Building, along Harambee Avenue, 8th floor in the presence of candidates or their representatives who choose to attend.

Large documents that cannot fit in the tender box shall be received and registered at Supply Chain Management services office, Equalization Fund Advisory Board, National Bank Building, along Harambee Avenue, 8th floor.

The Equalization Fund Advisory Board reserves the right to reject or accept in whole or in part any tender without obligation to give reasons for the decision.
