PROVISION OF MEDICAL INSURANCE COVER (INPATIENT AND OUTPATIENT)

1. The (Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology) invites sealed tenders for Provision of Medical Insurance Cover (Inpatient and outpatient).
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method using a standardized tender document and is open to all qualified and interested and obtain the tender document electronically from the Website https://egpkenya.go.ke/
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may view and download the tender documents for free from the website (www.mmust.ac.ke  or https://egpkenya.go.ke/ ).
5. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurementofficer@mmust.ac.ke  or during office working hours, Monday to Friday between 0900hrs to 1600hrs except for public holidays at the address given below

6. All Tenders must be accompanied by an Original tender security (Bid bond) of Kenya Shillings 800,000.00 in form of a bank guarantee, a guarantee by Insurance company registered and Licensed by IRA listed by the authority or a guarantee issued by a financial institution approved and licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya, valid for 140 days. This shall be in the format provided in the tender.
7. Completed tenders must be submitted on or before [insert time and date]. Electronic Tenders [will or will not] be permitted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives and who choose to attend at [PE to specify either the URL or physical address where the tender opening will be conducted].
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
