INVITATION TO TENDER
Kenya Water Towers Agency (KWTA) was established by the Government through an Executive Legal and eligible Suppliers to tender for the following:
Notice No. 27 of 2012 to coordinate and oversee the protection, rehabilitation, conservation and sustainable
management of all the critical water towers in Kenya. The Agency invites interested eligible bidders to
participate in the following tenders for Financial Year 2022-2023

Interested and eligible bidders may download tender documents free of charge from the KWTA website
www.kwta.go.ke.
Tender documents shall be duly completed and placed in a plain envelope, clearly marked with the
tender reference number, name and shall be physically deposited in the tender box at the reception of the
Kenya Water Towers Agency offices situated at NHIF Building on 15th Floor on or before Wednesday 15th
March, 2023 at 10:00am and addressed to:-

Nairobi-Kenya
Bulky tenders which do not fit into the slot of the tender box shall be received at the Head of procurement
office on 3rd floor.
Bids will be closed on Wednesday 15th March, 2023 at 10:00am and opened immediately in public and
in presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
Late bids or electronic bids shall not be accepted for evaluation.
Canvassing shall lead to automatic disqualification.
