INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF MOTOR VEHICLE INSURANCE COVER 2024
TENDER NO. NCPD/HQ/04/2023/2024
1.The National Council for Population and Development (NCPD) invites
sealed tenders for the provision of motor vehicle insurance cover for NCPD
motor vehicles in Nairobi,10 regional offices and their families located
spread across the country for a period of 12 months
2.Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method
using a standardized tender document and is open to all qualified and
interested Tenderers. Tenderers will be required to tender for all items.
3.Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and
inspect the Tender Documents during office hours i.e. 0900 to 1500 hours
at the address given below.
Tender documents may be viewed and/or downloaded from the
websites (www.ncpd.go.ke and www.ppip.go.ke ). Tender documents
obtained electronically will be free of charge
4.Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded free of charge from
the websites (www.ncpd.go.ke and www.ppip.go.ke ).
5.Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their
particulars immediately to (ncpdprocurement@ncpd.go.ke) Telephone
0724256202 PO BOX 48994-00100 Nairobi to facilitate any further
clarification or addendum.
6.All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of kshs 100,000
and submitted in the format provided herein
7.The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender
documents submitted.
8.Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before
13th March, 2024 at 10.00 am. Electronic Tenders [will not] be
permitted.
