INVITATION TO TENDER 

PROVISION OF MOTOR VEHICLE PARKING FACILITIES- FRAMEWORK CONTRACT 

TENDER NO. KLRC/800/0008/2025-2026 

1. The Kenya Law Reform Commission invites sealed tenders for Provision of Motor Vehicle Parking Facilities.
2. Tendering will be conducted under Open National Tender using a standardized tender document.
   Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
   during office hours 0900 to1500 hours at the Procurement Office, Reinsurance Plaza 3rd floor Room
5. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) http://www.klrc.go.ke or
   www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge. Tenderers who
   download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
   procurement@klrc.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) http://www.klrc.go.ke or
   www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge. Tenderers who
   download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
   procurement@klrc.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by an original tender Security of KES 60,000.00 valid for 140 days
   from 19th January 2026 in the form of Bank Guarantee, Bankers Cheque or Insurance guarantee from
   approved list of Insurance companies by Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 19th January, 2026 at 2.00
   P.M. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline
    date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
    designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
