The County Government of Machakos through the department of Youth and Sports invites interested bidders to
apply for the Tender as shown below.

PORTAL www.supplier.treasury.go.ke.
NOTE
The Original bid security or a clear copy of Digital bid security obtained to be submitted to the office of
Supply Chain Management Services Department of Youth and Sports
The criteria shall be as described in the Tender document under instructions to tenders.
Completed tender documents must be submitted through the Integrated Financial Management
Information System (IFMIS) supplier portal so as to be received not later than 03RD DECEMBER, 2025
11.00 a.m. The system will automatically lock out at the time and date of tender closing as indicated in
the IFMIS Portal. Tender will be opened electronically and immediately after closing date on IFMIS.
Bidders or their representatives are advised to monitor the opening process through the same portal.
