Riara Schools (RS) is a Learning institution with campuses at Riara Road and Mombasa Road. As part of outsourcing for school transportation of learners for both Riara Campus on Riara Road and Mombasa Road Campus, Riara Schools invites tenders from eligible interested parties.
The mode of engagement is for the Tenderer to provide RS with leaners’ transportation services as shall be agreed by the parties. The Tenderer shall be required to obtain all the applicable licenses from the relevant authorities to enable him/her operate the business.
Completed bidding documents are to be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope marked with Proposal reference number RGS/TRAN/001/2026 and named TENDER FOR OUTSOURCED SCHOOL TRANSPORT SERVICES (14-SEATER VANS) to be deposited in the Tender Box located at Riara Primary School, Main Administration Office at Riara Road, Off Ngong Road so as to be received on or before 24th March, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
Prospective partners to collect the TENDER FORMS from Riara Group of Schools, Riara Road between 16th March and 18th March 2026 upon payment of a fee of Ksh. 3,000.00.
Riara Schools (RS) reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, to annul the process prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected tenderer or tenderers or any obligation to inform the affected tenderer or tenderers of the grounds for the action.
