INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF PROVISION OF ONLINE TAXI SERVICES FOR A PERIOD OF T WO (2) YEARS
TENDER NUMBER: KRC/ 202 5/2664 /401
1. Kenya Reinsurance Corporation Limited invites sealed tenders for the provision of Taxi Services for
Kenya Re 2- years from date of contract signing,
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours: 0800hours to 1700hours at the address given below. More details on the Services
are provided in PART 2 – Services’ Requirements, Section V – Description of Services of the Tender
Document.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenders from the Kenya Re website
www.kenyare.co.ke FREE OF CHARGE .
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.kenyare.co.ke.
Tenderers downloading the tender document must immediately forward their particulars to
procurement@kenyare.co.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a duly filled, signed, and stamped Tender Securing Declaration
form.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 1000 hours on 2ND December
2025. Electronic Tenders WILL NOT be permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline
date and time specified later.Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
