PROVISION OF SECURITY GUARD SERVICES – TKNP

KITALE NATIONAL POLYTECHNIC TENDER JANUARY 2026 

TENDER REFERENCE NO. : TKNP/867/0001/2025-26

1. The KITALE NATIONAL POLYTECHNIC invites sealed tenders for provision of security guard services
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.

In case this tender is subject to a Reservation, specify the Group is eligible to tender, insert e.g.” Tender is open to all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately with NOT APPLICABLE”).

Incase tender is subject to Multiple contracts/lots, insert “Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more lots”.

3. Obtain the tender document electronically from the Website https://egpkenya.go.ke  and www.kitalenationalpolytechnic.ac.ke
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may view and download the tender documents for free from the website  https://egpkenya.go.ke  and www.kitalenationalpolytechnic.ac.ke .

Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to (as per the egp system tender notice to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.

5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Kshs. 200,000. (Kenya Shillings Two Hundred Thousand only)
6. Completed tenders must be submitted on or before 15th January, 2026 at 11:00 am. Electronic Tenders will be permitted.
7. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives and who choose to attend at Kitale National Polytechnic library boardroom.
8. Late tenders will be rejected.
