INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF SECURITY GUARDING SERVICES
TENDER REF NO. SSC/ONT/SGS/03/2025-2026
1. Simlaw Seeds Company Limited invites sealed tenders from eligible Tenderers for the Provision of
Security Guarding services for a period of two (2) years.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National). Tendering is open to all
eligible, qualified and interested bidders.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during normal working office hours at Procurement Department, Simlaw Seeds Company Limted,
Simlaw House, Nairobi.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of nonrefundable fees of Kes 1,000.00 or be accessed at the www.simlaw.co.ke free of charge or be
accessed through Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP). Interested bidders who opt to
download the Tender Document shall be required to submit their contact details to
procurement@simlaw.co.kefor recording and any further clarification and addenda.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by tender security and shall be in the form of bank Guarantee issued by a
bank registered and licensed to operate in Kenya in the amount Kes. 100,000.00
6. The tenderers shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender document submitted (Box files not allowed).
7. Margin of preference not applicable, reservations not allowed and alternative tenders will not be allowed.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10th June 2025 at 11:00 a.m.

9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line
date and time specified later. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Candidates or their
representatives who choose to attend at Simlaw Seeds Company Limted, Simlaw House, Kijabe
Street, Nairobi. Late tenders will not be accepted
(Late tenders will be rejected).
