PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES
1. The Golf Hotel Limited invites sealed tenders for the Provision of Security Services at Golf Hotel limited for a period of one (1) year.
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office working hours, Monday to Friday between 0900hrs to 1600hrs except for public holidays at the address given below.
3. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.golfhotelkakamega.com or PPIP Portal: supplier.treasury.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@golfhotelkakamega.com to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
4. All Tenders must be accompanied by an Original tender security (Bidbond) of KenyaShillings 50,000.00 inform of a Demand Bank guarantee from a bank recognized by Central Bank of Kenya operating in Kenya, valid for 120 days. This shall be in the format provided in the tender document.
5. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
6. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Friday 27th May, 2022 at 10.00 am East African Time. ElectronicTendersWILL NOT be permitted.

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number and name and be deposited in the Tender Box at the Reception or be addressed to: –

Tenders that do not fit in the tender box will be submitted at the Procurement Office in the Administration Building.
Opening of the bid documents will be done immediately thereafter in the presence of applicants or their representatives who choose to attend.
