INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR COUNTY HEALTH FACILITIES IN KILIFI COUNTY GOVERNMENT FOR A PERIOD OF THREE YEARS (36 MONTHS)
TENDER NO. KCG/HOS/MS/1063597/2022/2023
1. The County Government of Kilifi invites sealed tenders for the Provision of Security Services at County
Hospitals and health facilities in Kilifi County for a period of 3 Years (36 Months).
2. Tendering will be conducted under Open national Tender method using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.

3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours 8.00am to 5.00pm at the address given below. More details on the Services are provided in PART
2 – Services’ Requirements, Section V – Description of Services of the Tender Document.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained free of charge at the Kilifi County website
www.kilifi.go.ke or the public procurement information portal (PPIP).
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (www.kilifi.go.ke). Tenderers
download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to (info@chiefsoffice.kilifi.go.ke)
to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kshs.200,000.00 only form an approved and
reputable financial institution. The bid security shall remain valid for 147 days after closing date of the tender.
The Original Bind Bond shall be sealed in a plain envelop clearly marked with the particulars of the tender
and be deposited into the tender box located at the County Treasury on or before the deadline for sub
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be scanned and uploaded into the ifmis tender portal at supplier, treasury.go.ke on or
before 19th September,2022 at 10.30am. Manual submission of tenders shall not be permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and
time specified later in the ifmis portal.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
