Mount Kenya University [MKU] invites applications from interested and eligible bidders for Provision of Security Services for the Financial Years 2026/2028 as indicated below:

Interested and Eligible bidders MUST submit a copy of the issued official receipt from MKU finance and register with the procurement department through; procurementdepartment@mku.ac.ke for any further clarifications and addenda.
Complete tender documents enclosed in plain seal envelopes, marked “Tender Reference No. MKU/ TN/SS/2026-2028” & Category of Service “Provision of Security Services” should be addressed to Deputy Vice-Chancellor, APIA | Mount Kenya University | P.O. Box 342-010001 Thika and deposited in the Tender box situated on the Ground floor, Administration Block of the Alumni Plaza, Reception Area Mount Kenya University.
So as to reach on or before Friday 19TH December, 2025 at 11.00 a.m. The closing/opening process will be conducted immediately thereafter in the presence of firm’s representatives who choose to attend at the Senate Boardroom, Alumni Plaza 11th Floor.
Late bids will not be considered.
