TENDER NOTICE
PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES TO THE JUDICIARY
TENDER NO.: JUD/OT/030/2025-2026
The Judiciary invites sealed bids from eligible tenderers for the Provision of Security Services for period of (3) years
renewable annually subject to satisfactory performance. Interested candidates may view / obtain the tender document by
downloading it from the Judiciary’s website: www.judiciary.go.ke or the Public Procurement information Portal (PPIP)
website: www.tenders.go.ke.
All the Clarifications and/or addendums will be posted on the Judiciary Website and the Public Procurement Information
Portal (PPIP) website: www.tenders.go.ke.
Any request for clarifications must be made in writing at least five (5 No.) days
before the tender closing date.
Prices quoted for the above tender shall be net inclusive of all taxes including capacity building levy (PPCBL) of 0.03%,
and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for One Hundred and Twenty (120) days
from the tender closing date.
The Tenders must be accompanied with a tender security of Kshs. 1 million valid for 150 days from tender closing date in the form of a guarantee issued by Financial Institutions approved and licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) or by Insurance Companies registered and licensed by the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) addressed and payable to the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary.
Tenderers will be required to quote for only two (2No.) clusters.
Qualified Local Service Providers are encouraged to bid. Tenderers MUST ensure ALL pages of the tender documents are duly
paginated sequentially.
Completed tender documents should be clearly marked JUD/OT/030/2025-2026:
PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES TO THE JUDICIARY and be deposited in the tender box situated at the Supreme Court Building security gate, City Hall
Way, to be received on or before 11th February, 2026 at 1000 hrs.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the designated tenderers, representatives who choose to attend
at Supreme Court Building 2nd Floor, Room No.74 or as will be advised. Late tenders shall be rejected.
