INVITATION TO TENDER PROVISION OF STAFF GROUP LIFE , GROUP PERSONAL ACCIDENT AND
WORK INJURY BENEFIT (WIBA) INSURANCE COVER FOR THE PERIOD ENDING 30TH MARCH, 2027

County Government of Nyeri invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for Staff Group Life
Cover, Group Personal Accident and Work Injury Benefit (WIBA) Insurance for Executive and
Staff
1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method using a standardized
tender document and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. Tenderers will be
allowed to tender for one or more items.
2. Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from Director Supply Chain
Management Office at Town Hall P.O Box 1112-10100 Nyeri, Kenyatta Road during normal
working hours
3. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested bidders from the County
Government of Nyeri website www.nyeri.go.ke free of charge.
4. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kshs. 360,000.00
5. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted
(In the format 1,2,3,4,5)
6. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 16th February, 2026 at 11:00 am.
7. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above. Tenders
will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who
choose to attend at the address below.
8. This is an open tender
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
10. The contract period is one year
