Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents at Supply Chain Management Office, Block B at National Industrial Training Authority Headquarters, during normal working days beginning on the date of the advert.

The tender documents may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ksh.1,000.00 in cash or Bankers’ Cheque payable to National Industrial Training Authority cash office. The document can also be viewed and downloaded from the website www.nita.go.ke and www.tenders.go.ke. Bidders who download the tender document from the website must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@nita.go.ke to facilitate any further tender clarifications and addenda Downloaded copies are FREE.

Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security/Tender Securing Declaration Form where applicable in the form and amount specified and must be delivered in plain sealed envelope clear , labelled with the tender number and tender description before the closing date to the following address:-

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya Shillings and sha remain valid for one hundred and Fifty (150) days from the closing date of the tender.
