- The Kwale Water & Sewerage Company Limited invites sealed tenders for the provision of staff medical insurance cover for a period of one year.
- Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method using a standardized tender document and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
- More details are contained in the bidding document.
- Tender is open to principal insurance companies.
- Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours (0900 to J600 hours] at the address given below. Tender documents may be viewed and/ or downloaded from the website: www.kwalewater.co.ke for free.
- A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenderers upon payment of a non- refundable fees of KES.1000.00 (Kenya shillings one thousand only] in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below.
- Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.kwalewater.co.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to Kwale Water & Sewerage Company Limited P.O Box 18 – ,80403 Kwale. Email: info@kwalewater.co.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
- The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
- Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 2nd April 2025 at 11.30 am. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter.
- Late tenders will be rejected.
